FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Rules: 
1.) Must be a comedy sketch, film, or cartoon less than 10 minutes. 
2.) Only one sketch per submission. 
3.) Must be at least 720p or better.

There are no set categories. We want filmmakers to create whatever they think is funniest. Sketches must be less than 10 minutes (preferably 2 to 5 minutes). Battle of The Sketches, the Comedy Frequency, FMCW Studios, LLC is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any sketch submitted and accepted for exhibition at the comedy competition for promotional purposes. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations. The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless Battle of The Sketches, FMCW Studios, & Speer Media Productions from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
